A message from Kevin Dawson

To all the supporters of Gloucester City AFC,

After much thought and reflection, I’ve decided that the time has come for me to retire from playing football at the end of the season.

Leading this team has been one of the greatest privileges of my career, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has stood by us through the highs and the lows.

I want to thank the management, staff, my teammates past and present, and everyone behind the scenes who works so hard to keep the club moving forward. It’s been an honour to fight for this badge alongside you.

We have a huge game coming up next week, my focus remains solely on leading the team to victory and I will be giving my all to make it happen. I’m looking forward to seeing as many of you there as possible, and it would be lovely to see you on Saturday for what might be one last time at the TigerTurf.
