Beer Festival for Bath visit

National League South side Bath City will visit The TigerTurf Stadium for the first time on 23rd July in a pre-season friendly, 3pm kick off.

The match will play host to the first major fans event organised by the newly formed Supporters Club: ‘Flood, Sweat & Beers’, a beer festival to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the 2007 floods.

Flood, Sweat & Beers will be taking place throughout the day and will see our friends at The Wild Beer Co. curate a selection of guest ales, live music from Gloucester’s top Ska band The Revolvers, a hog roast, exclusive FS&B merchandise and festival glass, plus our usual Matchday food and drink offerings. Not forgetting the small matter of a football match!

Bath City were due to be the next visitors to Meadow Park when the stadium was submerged by flood waters in July 2007. The match was switched to Twerton Park and the Romans allowed City to keep the gate receipts in a gesture not forgotten by our supporters, so the event will have a special meaning for all involved as we celebrate being back in Gloucester.

Further details, timings and tickets will be confirmed in the coming weeks, but Supporters Club members will be eligible for discounted entry, so keep the date free and sign up for a membership today!
