Hemel Hempstead: Match Preview

Gloucester City are ready to welcome Hemel Hempstead in the final pre-season friendly, ahead of the new campaign.

It has been a busy week for City, following the signing of Jordan Piggott from Solihull Moors and the returns of Jamie Bremner, Danny King and Roberto Di Segni. You can read more about these signings on the club website.

This will be the ninth friendly of the summer for the Tudors, which has included an impressive win over Watford U23's on Tuesday night thanks to 3 first-half goals.

Team News

Both Jack James and Bernard Mensah miss out through their ongoing injuries.

All other players are fit and in contention to play.

Match Arrangements

Tickets remain on sale online through the link https://www.gloucestersport.com/tickets alongside tickets for the York City clash in two weeks. A turnstile will be left for on the day sales for those who do not buy in advance. As this is a pre-season game, season tickets cannot be used. Everyone attending must buy a match ticket.

If yourself or anyone in your household is displaying COVID-19 symptoms please do not travel to New Meadow Park. We encourage the use of face coverings in enclosed areas such as the 1883 Bar and toilets, and hand sanitisers will be placed around the ground.

Due to limited space at New Meadow Park, the car park will close at 2pm. Please plan your journey ahead of travelling to the ground. Due to forming queues leaving the ground, we also ask supporters to turn left onto Llanthony Road to ensure everyone is able to leave as quickly as possible.
