Gloucester City is delighted to announce the signing of Josh Smile.
Josh joins the club having most recently played for Banbury United, where he was named Managers player of the season last year.
Having come through the Fulham academy, the central midfielder moved to our FA Trophy opponents Chippenham in 2017.
After a few seasons at the National League South club, Smile then played 50 times in the National League for Maidenhead, where other than a years loan at Billericay,remained until moving to Banbury.
Smile played 26 times for Banbury last season, including games against City, as The Puritans secured safety in the National League North.
The 27-year-old signs to bolster our midfield options heading into a jam packed winter period with ticket details for games over December to be released soon.
I hope that Josh Smile can try his best when he play for Gloucester City. He has the quick reflexes that requires in geometry dash - a fast-paced game.
